rev limit

Default rev limit
I know the DS650 Baja rev limit is 7900rpm. the standard DS650 is 7700rpm.

What is the rev limit for the 2004 DS650? 7900rpm?

I'm pretty sure that's what I heard, is that the new models get the Baja cdi box.

sweet. So I will get the 2004 DS650.

With the money saved over the baja DS650. I can get a HMF pipe, air filter, jet kit and 1 tooth larger front sproket. est 80 mph top speed.

Since 2002 the normal ds also has the 7900 rev limit.
