does it hurt to jump your utility

Default does it hurt to jump your utility

i have a kodiak and i was wondering does it hurt it if i jump it? i dont jump really high or bottom out the suspension.

I think it might hurt you much worse than it will hurt the bike.

I don't own a Yamaha utility quad but I do own a polaris utility, anyways I've jumped mine many times I've found because it's very heavy it's like jumping a brick. I've gotten mine about 4 feet off the ground and as long as you land it flat it doesn't bottom out the shocks. But be careful it because you really change change the way it lands in mid air like a sport quad. But I would say no as long as you don't get sick air it won't hurt it.

It's not the jumping that hurts them it's the landing!!!!!

it doesn't really hurt it. like he said, it's liable to hurt you more than the bike. as long as you don't make a habit of jumping very high, it should be a-ok.

I wouldnt suggest that you jump too high because when i had my polaris utility i used to jump it pretty high, which caused it to break alot. I broke the rear axle, drive shaft and busted the rear shock in half. But oh well this finally convinced my parents into buying me a raptor!!! Since its made to jump.
