Default Kodiak 450 Most Miles

Just wondering how many trouble free miles everyone has put on their Kodiak 450 so far?

Thanks!

I have twenty miles on my machine but they were not trouble free. When I drove the machine down my driveway I noticed the alignment was way off and the plactic tube that brings air in to the transmission was not connected. I hope my dealership stands behind there workmanship.

400miles and few minor problems, the fuel **** screw fell out first week so I got new one and lock tighted, second was trans breather came loose, wan't tightened from dealer or factory tightened up no problems after that. I was climbing some real hard spots the other day and my front wheel in the air was spinning put in diff lock and pulled right out, gotta love this machine!

back breaks are squeeky. I dont think I'll b trying breakstands anymore, and it didnt have a bear emblem in front of the handlebars. other than that i am really happy with it. 5 more hours to go and it will be broken in.

I have about 250 miles on my Kodiak. My handle bars came lose Twice at the shaft w/ the large nut and funky clip thingy(needs a real "castle nut" insted of regular nut). Cracked the very ends of front lower molded mud flap fender(black part by toes) both sides,My fault. Other than that I'm happy with it so far.

Over 2000 miles on guide bike now. No probs. with that one, one of them has the steering stem nut problem, they all have the floorboards broke in the front, (they should have left them how they were), all new ones i trim them back with a grinder before they get tore up. Other than that no real problems.
