anyone going to HORSFALL on memorial day?

anyone going to HORSFALL on memorial day?
I'm just wondering if you need passes this year...I have heard they are going to a pass system in the ODNRA, sort of like they do at SANDLAKE on the 3 day weekends...any info would be helpful.thanx.
