GYTR Jet Kit Jetting
#1
The instructions don't mention anything about cutting the flaps out of your snorkle, only removing the whole airbox lid.
Also no mention of a high flow filter.
They also say to use the 3rd needle clip position.
I'm jetting both my brother's Raptor (GYTR foam filter, GYTR jet kit, GYTR slip on, flaps not cut yet but we'll do that) and my Raptor (11:1 JE, Stage 1 Hotcam, 686, Craycraft Port & Polish, Pro Design Foam Filter, MBRP Header, GYTR slip on, EHS racing air box lid).
Any tips?
I've got 175, 180 mains right now and for mine am wondering about the needle clip position and main jet size.
For my bro's I'm wondering about the same things, needle clip position, main jet size and whether or not to cut the flaps.
Thanks

I would run without the lid on your bro's and 160/165, 3rd clip, 25 pilots 2 1/2 L 2 3/4 R mix screws. If you use the lid with no holes and snorkle, cut the flaps and 150/155, 3rd clip, stock pilot, 2 1/4 L 2 1/2 R mix screws.
On yours 25 pilots, same mains, Gytr needles on 3rd groove to start. And toss your lid too.
On both make sure you adjust the float level. I like the tube method, even to 1 or 2mm above the bowl mating surface. The manual says 3mm below.
