I don't think they make one yet for the 03 models.... i could be wrong though. People that have them have been saying ya gotta be carefull cuz you can easily wear your quad on your face..... The front end comes up real real fast.

 

I'm sure the modulator will work with the cat too and I don't think Kawi would give cat the secret to unleashing the awesome power of the V-Twin. If they did the 650 motor would spank the 700 motor and we know Kawi doesn't want that.

 

Hard to say, cat may use a dif CDI. But thats 3 bux in parts for that unit. So im sure it can be reprogrammed on a 03 cat. I know the dealer show was this week. Any news on delivery to a dealer? Guy here says fall, but canada is always months behind the US. I do like a manual. But that auto has a lot of power. With that module, a muffler, filter, jets and FIS it will be bad azz. The new sport will bring some new traffic to this ac forum too hehe!

7.0 Gallon fuel capacity!!! holy crap

 

It also says it has the same dry weight as the 500.

Just by looking at the pics of the 04 500s, the only difference is a bigger, possibly digital guage pod on the bars.

 

I wonder if arctic cat moved the fuel tank under the seat like Kawi did? I wonder how they got 7 gallons of fuel to fit.
