Customer Service at Arctic Cat
#1
Does anyone know if there is an e-mail address for customer service/complaints at Arctic Cat? If not I guess I will have to mail my complaint.
By the way, my complaint is about a dealer, not my atv.
Thanks All

I have not been able to get an e-mail address for anyone at AC. I have even asked for it directly over the phone. They act as if it is top secret information. Maybe someone else has been able to get it.

below is their corporate info
Corporate info
it might work if you email one of their corporate officials at their domain
@arcticcat.com
try using firstname.lastname@arcticcat.com
or a combination of first.mi.last@arcticcat.com
or mabe just lastname@arcticcat.com
see if that works, you may have to try several at a time

Try calling. i just called customer service today. WASTE OF TIME (for me). I told the lady that I was dragging tree branches out of the woods over to the wood pile and the tranny was slipping and crunching. She says "maybe they were to heavy" i said, "i picked them up and threw them on top of each other. She said " yeah, what does that mean" I say "I can't lift 1,050 pounds!" she says "i am not understanding", I say "that is what the towing capacity of my 500 is" she says "blah blah blah blah, etc." She was a real BIT**, pardon my language. The numbers are: 1-218-681-4999 and 1-218-681-9799. sorry for the rambling i am just venting!! as for the complaining about a dealership I did that too, her exact words were " well then sir, maybe you should take it somewhere else, there is more then one arctic cat dealer around"

All of the frame components are the same on the 300 as well, and if you measure I think even the plow mount off of a 400 will work, as the plow mount starts at the foot peg bolts and runs forward from there. All except the 500 auto are the same from the footpegs forward on the 96 to 01's. The 250 pushes snow like a dream, so don't let anyone try to talk you out of it.
