He Bushwacked, question for Ya.Silly Boy
Would you use US currency or Canadian currency in Canada?
Seems as though your response makes no sense.
I saw some where that someone gave a price around $7500 if I remember right.

Bush wacked:
What with the silly boy answer?
Of course I know he is in Canada but I do not know the exchange rate to the US Dollar. Those prices he quoted are Canadain Currency, you really don't think these Canadains are paying $10,000 to $11,000 US dollars do you?
Now who is being silly!

62 cents per dollar right now...
Puts it at $6200 to $6820 US.
Not bad.
It's kind of a shame that I'd have to drive 2 hours and cross an International border to get a deal like that when I live only 50 miles from where they make them there Arctic Cats.

wapenn,
When we cross the boarder to purchase an atv or motorcycle, is it difficult to get them registered here in the states and what about warranty work? I heard that US dealers are not obligated to work on or make warranty repairs to atv's sold in Canada. I am curious to know because I could simply take a two hour trip north also to save nearly a grand.

Thanks for the exchange rate, clears up allot of your high dollar quoted Canadian prices.
I've been quoted $6800 for my Cat standard model but it does help to have a buddy buying one at the same time as me, as the Dealer is giving us both 650's at the $6800 price including the Warn winch.
Dealer cost is $6436 US., including freight & set-up fees.
The dealer also gets a $187.23 dealer holdback profit ( holdback is 3% of Dealer invoice of $6241, minus freight $155/set-up fees$50 ), which the $187.23 isn't paid from AC right away & may take up to 12 months for payment of the holdback.
