my co-worker has a 300 that will not start . The relay under the finder does click when you hit the start button,but thats it. If you jump the cylinoid it will start. He said that he thinks that its the gear slector because it sometimes gets stuck. I think it might be the starter relay. Any thoughts,thanks!!

 

well guys i changed the starter relay and that was the problem $29.90. Thanks!
