Went out hunting today and had a problem on the way back with atv not starting. It gets juice- the lights come on and there is a loud buzz/click under the rear seat when the starter button is hit but it will not turn over. I tried to pull start it- but it won't do that either. It feels like there is no tension on the cord. Any ideas? Oh yeah, it is a '98 454 4x4. TIA

 

Try posting this on the suzuki or yamaha forum. You'll probably get more people checking out the post there. Hope ya figure it out!!

 

sounds like a battary cable is off or loose or something is wrong with the starter relay or the starter is locked up. lots of luck
