is there any difference between the 03 and 04
machines? the reason I ask is the 04 service
manual is 20 bucks cheaper on ebay would it
be accurate for my bike?

 

There are several differences between them. I would spend the money and get the right year. Many of the Ebay CD rom manuals are illegal copies that someone with no moral character burned onto a CD-r. Make sure what you are buying is an original A/C manual CD. If the feds go after these folks for copyright issues, it will be easy to track down their customers next via the computer.
