its quite simple. just take off your axle nut then take off your knuckle. if you have to you can take off your a-arms so you can make a good straight pull on the cvs. but just push the cv in and then give it a hard pull out and they should pop right out after a few tries. if the stub has broke off inside the diff and you can get one axle out you can get you a long punch and drive it out from the side you were able to get out. hope this helps

both axles were broken on the splined part that goes into the rear diff. i took a punch and pushed the right side piece into the left side and both pieces popped through. it went alot better then i thought.
does anyone know if Gorilla Axle can rebuild the axle with a new splined section or am i better off with the upgraded oem axle.

have your ever heard the saying "drive it like it was stolen" well they must have. the machine was bought for logging, so the axles has been stressed to begin with. while it was stored for the winter
someone stole it. they broke the axles and dumped it off. the splined section that goes into the rear diff is the part that broke on both and it is only 7/8 thick
