I was wondering if the 250 2x4 is a good machine. It seems to me it would be the bargin of the century. Same frame size as the 300, disk brakes, floorboards, racks, big and comfortable. I did a parking lot test at the dealer and it seemed real nice. Looks like a bargin for $3600 if a guy doesn't need the big bore power. What do you think?

It definetely wouldn't have the power of the larger cats but if you were looking for something just to mess around on. For that price I would go for it. I only have one thing wrong with it. The engine sets in the rear of the bike. It does not set in the middle like the 400 and up. I don't know what that would do for hills. If you like it go for it.
