Paddle Tires: What are best?

Default Paddle Tires: What are best?

what is the best all around paddle tire? this should stir the pot nice! I just bought a two AMS Arrowspeed 8 paddles for my Zuke LT230, I was in a pinch and had to have paddles for the dunes, what should have I bought?

It all depends on the type of riding you do. If all you want to do is race, go with Skat Trac Haulers. If you want something for all around duning get something with a V-pattern like Skat Trak Edge, Roosers, ITP Sand Stars, etc.

Let us know how the AMS tires are. Did you get them at David Allen Racing/Duneland at Silver Lake? I know they sell the AMS, I just bought a set of 22/11/8 8 paddle Hauler Extremes there.

Yea, I bought the AMS Aerospeed at David Allen. They are very tall! 1 1/8" paddles, they hooked up too well for my quad. They are very light and I was able to throw my weight around to make them handle far better than the Haulers on my friends 400EX. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a good all-around paddle tire.
