A/C 650 V2 or H1
I'll trade in my 650 LE when the H1 is fuel injected or POL comes out with a 800 EFI sportsman. I've put a lot of money into my 650 so I wouldn't let go of it easilly. But the second year of a fuel injected HEMI might be able to pry the twin from my hands. Is anybody sure that the HEMI isn't injected now?

Hey Andy,
I agree with you about the v-twin being a better engine, but I think
the H1 will have a more durable tranny. I sure hope Cat doesn't have
any major problems with this new engine.(This better not be a flop like
1999 Powder Special snowmobiles). What are your thoughts?

well i am gonna beat the living bajesus out of mine for the full 2 years only had mine for maybe 2 months so far but i figure by the time warranty is up if there is any bugs with the hemi they should have them sorted out but if they don't have the bottom end or mid range like my v-twin does i am going back to the v-twin like the smoothness of the motor

Back to the origional question... I would think the H1 would be much more of a machine. It would be very embarrasing if they came out with their own engine and it wasn't as good as the older one. I am also sure that Suzuki is helping with it in some way, remember they own 25% of Arctic Cat. I know they wouldn't let Cat build a crappy engine and loose a ton of money.

I am still waiting for Arctic Cat to come out with a 650 or the new H1 in a manual transmission. EFI would be nice too as long as the bugs are worked out, but as long as they don't some in a manual transmission I will just we looking at them. I might add a 500i manual to my list of toys but nothing larger...yet.

Here is what I should have said " This better not be a flop like the 1999 Powder Special 700 snowmobile"
We have seen nothing but problems with these machines and the deep snow performance is horrible.
