Default TACKY FOAM OIL Q'S

IF THE FOAM FILTER OIL IS TO TACKY, CAN IT HURT YOUR CARB IN TURN HURT YOUR MOTOR, OR IS IT JUST FOR THE STUPID PEOPLE WHO DROWN THEIR FILTER IN OIL THAT WILL SUFFER.

P.S. I BOUGHT PJ1 FOAM FILTER TREATMENT SPRAY IT'S SUPER TACKY. ANY EXPERIENCE,IT WAS $6.00 I THOUGHT THAT WAS A MIDDLE PRICE. NOT CHEAP BUT NOT $.

The oil is supposed to be tacky, next time try AMSOIL Foam Filter Oil (AFO) it has a tacking agent designed and tested to allow the maximum airflow while keeping the dirt and dust particles out. It is the culmination of 5 years of research and development which resulted in a special blend of synthetic polymers into a proprietary formulation that flows more air and retains more contaminates than all other brands. Plus I believe it's only $3.55 for an 8 oz. bottle.

if you get too much your motor will run rich. just dump on a decent amount and squeeze (not wring- that can tear the filter) the excess out and your good to go.
