Belt question needs clarification please
#1
For all you guys that actually know what you are doing unlike my dealer please help with my questions?
1. What belt do I want to put on it P650/P700?
2.Can the clutch surfaces become glazed like on a trucks preassure plate preventing a good bite from the belt, if so what can Ido to improve it.
While riding in a creek bed I spun out in 2wd and shifted to 4wd and tried to back up, in sand, and the tires would not move! However the engine did ! This is a fresh belt with about 10 hours on it! And now my 4wd/2wd will not work. I am very tired of this Three belts and of course " I have never worked on a 650 belt that was not the customers fault" after all it had been in some mud he said, well no s@#$ ATV stands for all terain vehicle, exept mud I guess according to the dealership. I don't know about ya'll but in OHio It has rained for ever so all we have is mud! I am about ready to give up! Oh yeah Mine only has 150mi on it! Any help might save my sanity or keep me out of jail, Ha HA thanks as always guys!!

1. not sure about which belt
2. clean the sheeves with some acetone to remove any build up
also ispect the sheeves for any unusual wear (missing metal)
clean and 100% waterproof when you put it back together,,,all the way to the top of the snorkel
