My 04 AC 500 4x4 auto runs so hot that the pipe will glow orange from front to almost mid section of pipe. This is at crusing speed 45 to 55mph on the road usually. I've always noticed my leg burning but didnt realize it got glowing hot until a 4 mile trip on a gravel road in the dark. My left pant leg was hot as heack so I looked down and my whole lower leg section was lit up and thats when I noticed the pipe. It actually got so hot that when I would lay into the throttle at 45mph or so and try to top it out, it would loose power and felt like it was about to melt a piston or something. Well its at the dealership right now getting checked out. Anyone else have this problem?? its almost like a themostat problem but I dont even know if it has one????
