I wonder when they are going to give an email address on their website. Also when/if they do put on email address on there, someone needs to mail them and tell them to watch the Arctic Cat forums at www.atving.com.....or i wonder if they already do...hmmmmmmmm

When I got that survy I told them to Watch the forums. From the looks of it they threw my survy away, because I asked them 3 times in the letter to keep the tires. I also aswed them to make the front mud flap kit standard, put holes in the tool indention under the seat, give it a wider ratio transmission, and put an oil cooler on it so we could change the oil les often.

In Dec. of '98 I bought a Pantera 580. It was April of '99 before I heard anything from Artic Cat. It was not until July of '99 that I received my "Sales Satisfaction Survey". In the meantime my son had purchased a Ski-Doo and he was receiving news releases, custumer information and letters all the time. Other than winning snowmobile races, Arctic Cat is weak in the public relations area.
