Default Rattling

CatsRule, Try both swapping out the upper bushing on the steering shaft to the bars and realign the front end. Almost half the noise left with the realignment and about a quarter with the bushing. The plastic rattles I have learned to tolerate, but if I ever get a hair about it, I think either an o-ring between panels and between the panel and frame should help. If nothing else a bead of silicone around each fastener in the same places as the o-rings would at least limit the noise.
