which on is better in power speed etc...

same bikes different plastic and seat go with the dvx

ive heard the dvx's seat isnt as comfortable as the z's or kfx's, but yeah same bike diff plastic. it doesnt matter which one you get.

Yeah, it does matter which one you get. The 05 Z400 has been upgraded, and well worth the extra 200 MSRP. There isn't going to be an 05 DVX according to 2 local dealers. They claimed AC had built a lot more dvx's than they have sold, and will just continue to sell the 04's.

i have a dvx and have to say the seat sucks. kinda wonder if they forgot the padding at the factory? my brother has a z and the seat is better but could be better still for long rides. as far as speed and handling they are obviously the same.

i agree, i have the DVX very happy with it by the way, the seat sucks! but overall... the same bike.

is it true about the discontinue for 05'?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

When i first got my DVX I thought the seat was incredibly hard. But now after i've had it for a few months i'm used to it and it isn't that bad. You're just reminded of how hard it is when you sit on anything besides a rock or concrete.

id go with the dvx cuz it is more racer friendly. but if ur lookin for some mud and trail ridin crap then u should go wit da z..more clearence.
