can anyone well me what the chip is. I have heard there is some sort of chip that really boosts the bike power. How dose it work and is it worth it?? THanks Guys

 

Are we talking about the 400 dvx? Its probably an aftermarket cdi unit with a higher rev limiter, and probably a different spark curve. Just remember, theres no free lunch..everything has its price. The higher it revs, the more power it makes, but it also takes it toll on reliability, and duribility. Its a trade off...if you want max performance, its gonna be hard on things.
