Just wondering if either of you have done a 650 frame switch yet, and if so, how long did it take? My 650's frame has a broken weld under the seat and the left upper frame tube is cracked. I called the dealer I bought it from, he called Cat and they told him they pay 12-13 hours to do the swap. He doesn't want to do mine or any others because thats not enough time in his opinion. A friend who also has an 04' 650 just had his frame replaced. His dealer told me he'd do mine next. Now he won't because the factory only paid him 10 hours and it took him over 20. I have to pay the difference if I want him to do it.
