Jetting a 650 v2
Well guys, we installed a hi-lifter ICM, then Ive been working with aaen performance on a new pipe for this machine. We got the second one they made. The problem is that we have a mid and high range lean condition. Being you cant adjust the needle, I am going to need a new needle, or needle jet, or both. Problem is I cant get any tech support on this. I also cant find a good source for keihn info or jetting. The needle in it is a bzl-2.470, the jet is a 3.6#3. The carb is a CVKR-D32. Anybody know who to talk to on this matter, please let me know.

I have a 2004 650 also have the hl module changed airbox intake hose to 2.5 inches & drilled stock muffler. I rejetted mine 142 front 148 rear & put 1 shim under each neddle runs great and plug color is about perfect. Mine was 122 jets stock. hope this gives you a starting point.

Ill let you all know how it works when we get er right. With 135's and shimming the needle .035, the customer still thinks it may need more fuel. I had him install a 140 front and a 145 rear main. I havent heard back yet. What else can be done to this for more power as far as fuel/air components?

p.s. he says even though it may still need more fuel, it will kick the pants out of a brute force. he also says that sitting on the tank, on the highway, it will still flip right over in high. Hes quite impressed by the pipe so far. Its the second one out so I havent heard anyone elses opinion yet.
