Default Hard to stear

My AC650 is stock with the factory Goodyear radials. Last year when we were riding the Paiute Trail, I did some experimenting with air pressure in the tires too. The percieived roll of the front radials and front plowing on turns and the hard steering were issues I was trying to correct.

I ended up running 9 lbs in the front tires and it made a huge difference. Steering was much quicker and easier and I was able to run some curving trails much faster and with more confidence. I did not ride in any mud or do any rock crawling so I don't know how the 9 lbs pressure would do under those situations. I would think it would be much worse.

So for me, if I know I am going to be hitting trails that are hardpack, curved, or fast, I will boost the psi to 9. If rocks, sand, mud or soft dirt are to be expected, I run 5.5-6 psi.

I just wish the 650 had a smaller turning radius.
