My 2005 650 won't always go into 4 wheel drive when the switch is put from 2 to 4 wheel it sounds like it's engaging but it's not in 4 wheel drive. I have to go for a short distance and try it a couple of times, which will be a problem if I get stuck in mud in 2 wheel drive, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Sounds like you need a warranty adjustment or repair. Take it toyour dealer.

 

Just make sure to put in in 4wd before you go in the mud.
