the line off the bottom of the bowl is the drain for the carb there should be a little flat head screw at the top of the line on the carb that will drain your bowl. just leave it alone it should just hang down. It work great for when you take your cat swimming i've had a lot of watar in my last two machines. 1 1/2 quarts of water in my crankcase once. cats are scared of water but it wont kill them.
