About all you can do is get an Supertrapp IDS2, K&N filter and rejet...or you can bore it out to 600cc..

I remember a few mths ago I read a post somewhere that a company had a cam and piston for the 'Zuki 500cc. But im not sure where I saw it.

A supertrapp IDS2 is an after market exaust system for ATV's it uses disks to increase or decreas you power band and the volume. Highlifter has them and I have been told Rockymountainatv.com has them too, The HL hipreformance kit which consists of and IDS@, K&N filer and a jet kit runs about $350.00 the pipe alone will set you back over $220.00.
when you rejet you will hav eto play around with diffrent sizes to see whic one runs better. you will go to a larger size but how larger is the question. the jets run abotu 2.00 to 4.00 at most ATV shops. Do not rejet a stock ATV, only rejet if you add more air intake and or less backpressure ie exaust pipe.

Where can you buy just the pipe? I can't find any place on the web that has one other than HL. I'd like to just buy the components separately and save some cash.

HL will sell it seperate, Boner said that Rockymountainatv had it but it is not in their online catalog... Im thinking about getting the universal with a race core, it runs about $30-$50 cheaper than the Cat pipe

Go to supertrapp.com and follow the links for atv. If memory serves me correctly, they have the slip on ids2 for $225 for AC 500.

There IS a web cam grind for the Suzuki 493cc motor, but I have heard nothing about a piston much less a big bore kit for them.
