Default Best Pricing on 650 V2 in the midwest area?

Checking out the Arctic Cat 650 V2 with the Kawasaki motor.
Problem is the price. I owned a 650 Kaw Prairie for 3 years and put 4000 miles on it. I need another 4x4 and the Cat 650 V2 looks great, but the price of $7000.00 is keeping me from buying it. I can get the Kaw 650 Brute Force for $5400.00

So any one out there know where to get a steal of a deal on a Cat?

thank you..................handycap

Delano Sports center has the V2 for 6400. Thats about as low as they get right now. I paid 7300 for mine otd. It was worth every penny! Thats in Minnesota though

Thank you for your response.

No one in this area wants to deal on the quad from retail much.
When money an issue the extra $1100.00 off wins.

I rode the Cat the other day and it is a mean machine, but I can't hot rod it like
I could my 650 Prairie, slide it, jump it and sport ride. The Cat is a utility monster of a machine. They look so cool and tough, and they are.

I beg to differ with you. When you get used to the raw power and size, its quite easy to jump, and slide aroud corners, and even ride wheelies! Trust me, ive had the best of both worlds with this machine.

I put 4000 miles on my Prairie 650 with clutch, exhaust and intake mods.
At 107 lbs lighter than the Cat, it was harder to do on the V2.

I wasn't afraid to ride the Cat hard. The Kaw 650 is geared lower and pulled up a lot easier at any speed.

Any way I just like the way the Cat looked and was built, just the price scared me away

If you don't mind driving out of state, Tennessee doesn't require sales tax for "delivery out of state".... The dealer I bought my Cat from had H1's for about 6600.... Savannah, Tennessee- Gillis Small Engine- you can get the number from the dealer locator on the Arctic Cat website.

It's probably much too late but I bought my AC 650 (2005) for $5,500 (before winch and tax) at Heinen's in Osseo, MN when the 2006's came out. It was fresh out of the box. Best deal I found.
