Default new 04 250 4x4

Hey all.....I'm new to this forum....I've been browsing and looking for some advice. I've found a dealer that is going out of business and he has a 2004 250 4x4 model that has not been sold yet....it is brand new....does anybody know what a good price for this would be? Dealer claims he has 4000 invoice cost and would take that for it.....that sounds high to me. Plus I wonder what kind of warranty I would have.......would I be able to purchase an extended warranty.....this dealer said he would check into it......but wasn't sure. I wouldn't mind having a 2004 model if the price was right. Any advice or input would be appreciated. Thanks

4000 seems too high for a 04- if its infact new it should come with a 2 year warranty. All non current cats come with a 2 year warranty right now- the 07s come with a 3 year warranty. I would think 3500 sounds more reasonable if not less.

If it is out the door then I don't think $4000 is too far off, and as Mudpuppy said if it is brand new it will have a 2 year warantee good at any Arctic Cat dealer.

By the way, those 250 4x4's are nice machines. Not fast by any means, but they always get the job done. I would love to find a sweet deal like this, Umm, where are you located...

Docin - Here in NC, an 07 250 4X2 is $3500 out the door. A 4X4 would be a little more, but a 2004 I would think would be less. He's probably trying to get as much as he can before he goes out of business.

The 2005 and older 250's are totally different then the 2006 and newers. The new ones don't even come in 4x4.
