Default TBX Conversion

I purchased a 2006 Actic Cat TBX 500 4x4 Auto for work around my ranch. The TBX utility box is great but I can't mount the Arctic Cat sprayer onto the box. I also purchased an American Hunter hitch-mounted feed/seed spreader but the utility box extends to far out for the hitch to connect.

If I take the utility box off my TBX, where do I find a rear fender and rack which properly fits the TBX?

Is there a conversion kit available for the TBX?

can't help much except for the feed spreader, if you go to a local welding shop, then can either make an extension for your spreader or kinda sleeve the one you have. should work great. as for the sprayer... maybe try the front rack.. i don't have or know the TBX very well sorry. just trying to help

There are several places that sell/make receiver hitch extensions. Off the top of my head, I seem to remember Cabela's selling such an item. I also think that Reese hitches has an extension for a 2" receiver. You could also go to your local ag/farm store and see if they have something. The downside to having an extension and putting it under load is that it may put a lot of leverage on your atv and cause your front end to be really light. Good luck.

Since the TRV and the TBX sit on the same frame i would think you could atleast convert it to a TRV if you wanted to. The expense might be considerable?? With the TRV option you could have the seat, Rack, or box...

I had a similar problem with my TRV before I customized a 2" receiver hitch. I made sure it came out far enough to clear the tool box so you can latch the trailer coupler.

If you go to a loacal RV shop they sometimes make their own or know who makes the extentions.

Also, if you want to convert your TBX to a TRV you would need the rear plastic and the rear seat plus the hardware to mount it. Probably get it for less than $1000. Sounds like it would be cheaper to extend you hitch.
