What do y'all suggest to use to clean and oil the stock foam filters with? Where can I find it? How often do you do it?

Default Air FIlter ?

ive been using dish soap on my (still stock) filter . put it on the filter dry though, dont wet the filter till you rinse it. this will pull the dirt out better than if it was wet. then i use the iar filter spray oil from the dealer. they have a filter cleaner also but dish soap works just as well and it doesnt eat the faom away.

Dawn dish detergent, or Simple Green work well. If the oil has been on along time, and is really stuborn, I use mineral spirits, which any hardware store sells.

I have outerwear prefilters on both quads and with them you don't have to oil your filter. Easier, less mess and less time to clean the filter.
