i gotta vent. i was bringing up square bales one by one on the back rack of my fourwheeler that was covering my septic tank. i back up stop the fourwheeler and was always putting it in forward before jumping off. loan behold with my extreme sleep deprived state i get off throw the bale in the back of my truck and get on the fourwheeler and can it and i go backwards. i end up almost going over the handlebars and before i could get it stopped i slammed into my tailgate when it was down. it probably wouldn't have been so bad but i got the dynatek cdi in it which takes out the override in reverse. them tires were just a hopping on that tar. i know i can't blame my fourwheeler and i am suprised as to how well my tailgate took it and i can only blame myself but i just needed to vent.

Couple weeks ago I broke a rear axle, this past Saturday I crushed a rear CV joint and today I discover in addition to the CV joint I punched a hole in one of the front boots... (had my stick guards on too - but not the ones that I made for the bottom of the A-Arms)... Man - I need to stay out of those bad neighborhoods... Did 70 miles of really hard rough country, I am still lame 3 days later.

 

Look into paintless dent removal if it's not real bad

 

my buddy owns a body shop. it isn't horrible but i notice it and well it is right on the bend right above the tailgate handle. the ouside isn't so bad but the tailgate backplating has about a 3/4 of an inch gap that got it bad.

 

weez, easy on the throttle next time lol
