I was wondering if it was the coil too, since it seems to run fine cold! I will try warming my wheeler up til it stalls, pop the boot off the plug, put in my spare plug and see if am getting spark when it turns over, like Williebee suggested. If i have spark I will move on to the carborator.
Thanks to everyone for some good advice!!! At least I can do some trouble shooting now.

I tried the coil test that was recommended by Bluethumb and I'm not sure of the results. I ran my wheeler last night until it got hot and stalled (approx 10mins is all it took). I pulled the plug boot off and inserted my spare plug in which i grounded to the side of the motor and turned the engine over. I did have spark. Does this mean the coil is ok?
I put the plug boot back on the already inserted plug and the wheeler started and idled, but rough, and I can not give it any gas without it bogging and stalling.
Still think its the coil or am i looking at a carb issue? I not a mechanic, but if its junk/trash/sludge in my carb i just don't get how it can start just fine, run fine and then all of a sudden quit like it does.
Thanks to everyone who's been responding to my issue!!! I really appreciate it!!!

Sounds like a couple things going on there. What I would do next, is take the two wires off the "primary" side of the coil, take a meter and see what kind of resistance you have there when cold. Repeat this when this when hot and see if there's any change. Maybe pull the coil out of there and have a really good look at it, make sure there's no cracks in the case or track marks. If it's grounding out, or shorting part of the windings, you'll get a very weak spark. If you put any demand on the coil when hot, it will fail. When you try to increase RPM on it, you're effectively loading it up more. Beyond this, maybe drain the carb bowl, and run some carb cleaner through it. The pilot circuit may be plugged. I had an accelerator pump seized in the bore of the carb, so if I gave it full throttle from idle, it would bog a lot and stall some of the time, but was fine once the rpm's got up and it was running on the main jet. Once I resolved that, it revs up perfect. I still think it's a coil. Make sure all your connections are tight, and clean.

Thanks Bluethumb. I'll pull the coil and take a good look at it. I'll also drain the carb bowl and see if I can find some Seafoam tonight after work to add to the gas. Sounds like the stuff works wonders for cleaning fuel systems.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
