Do you eat black bear (guess they are in the pig family) some say if prepared right it is really good. Never tried it personally, I don't like salmon, love moose meat and buffalo meat. Only other game meat I have eaten is whitetail deer, rabbits, partridge. Trout is ok and I like white-perch. Octopus is great, as well as lobster and clams. Reminds me time to eat...
