Default A/C prowler

I have a 06 A/C prowler. It only has 950 miles. In July of 06 while on vacation in Utah the rearend got hot and sprayed all the oil out of the rear end. 1 vac. ruined. Upon return to NM my dealer replaced the rearend and brakes. FF to Sept 07 on vacation againe about 100 miles from home and 15 miles from camp the prowler did it again only this time my wife was Solo on it and this time te oil sprayed on to the muffler and caught fire. We got it put out with very little damage to the bike but very unhappy wife and 2'nd Vac. down the drain. I Called Arctic Cat and returned it to the dealer, now I am waiting on what will be done. Has anyone heard or seen this happening ??

Default A/C prowler

From another forum someone suggested switching the diff oils out to Belray 80w140 Gear Saver, also he got the rear end warm and took off the bellow and reinstalled it with it compressed, this gives the oil more room ro expand.
