Default 2004 400 govenor

Just bought an 04 dvx 400 with about 10 hours on it, and would like to no how to tweak the govenor on it, seems a little sluggish

There is no governor on a dvx. Not sure what your talking about? Are you hitting the rev limter or is it not running right?

i was told that there was a govenor on it.. but more people tell me there is not.. I guess it is the rev limiter that im hitting. Just feels that there is more power needs to come out..

Well you should be shifting before hitting the rev limiter on it. They do make aftermarket rev boxs that will raise your redline up about 1000rpms but I don't think you would need one riding a stock machine? And I'm not sure what you mean on feeling more power needs to come out?

well the bike only has about 15 hours on it, it needs to be broke in is what im talking about as far as getting more power.. Well thanks for your time..

15 hours is wayyyyy more then broke in? So still not sure what you mean.
