2000 4x4 Auto - electrical problem? sensor??
#1
Hi,
New to the forum. I've got a used 2000 4x4 Automatic Cat. I've had it over a year and it's got a new problem...
It starts up ok, but I can't rev it up. It seems to be limited. If I unplug the diode near the battery (once running) I can rev it properly, but that makes the fan stop. The fan usually runs continuously (since I've owned the machine), but I've been told it should only run occasionally.
I think there could be a problem with the electrical, as one headline is also dimmer than the other. But the lack of rev is the biggest problem. Could this be related to some sensor??? Or some part of the electrical system??
Any help is greatly appreciated!
