Throttle Sticking
#2
is water invalved? Like riding in the creeks, snow, rain? when it snows here, then i put my bike away and try to ride the next day sometimes its frozen. may need to shoot some lude down the throttle cable and on the carb to keep it from freezing. my 4wd would do the same if i rode through a creek.

I had a similar issue with my TRV. THe throttle would be stuck if the temps outside were below freezing. I tried lubing it with a special cable attachment thing, cleaned the linkages, re-routing the cable to make sure it was not pinched and in it still did it.
I replaced the cable and I have had no other issues since. It got to be a real pain to let it sit and warm up and thaw out. Plus it would get pig headed and die and you could not give it a little throttle to keep it running. So give the cleaning, lubing a try first.
