2009 400 2up Artic cat (update)
The problems continue, this weekend speedo quit on one unit. Another unit shift linkage will not adjust (up or down). The 3rd unit carb fell off motor. Unit 4 is in shop getting new axles (warranty). I am pretty much stuck with this junk, but hopfully I can help someone else make a better brand selection. I have never been able to ride all 4 units with my family since the day I purchased. Riders are all over 40 yrs old so the bs about rider being to rough is just that bs. Thank God I didn't sell my 10 yr old Honda how would I get all this junk back home. I will be updating future trouble with the 2009 Artic cat 400 2up. Oh, the one that is getting axles is also getting a new belt, the second unit to brake a belt. The attorney has been contacted to resolve this matter. Artic cat should have never built the 400 2up, in my opinion. More to come I am sure. Friends don't let friend buy Artic cat 400's

WOW!
That is unbelievable! All 4 machines?? It's probably a good idea that you've gotten a lawyer involved. Spending that kind of $$$ on 4 new machines and having all the problems your having - you need LEMON LAW representation.
IMHP 400cc isn't enough pwr to haul a 700+ lb machine PLUS 2 full size adults. It's no wonder they're failing mechanically.
It's too bad too, the 400 in a single, I've heard are GREAT machines!
Good luck.
