2004 500cc auto 4x4. No power at display head, won't turn starter and the lights won't turn on. Battery is good and charged, I have verfied power at the ignition switch and verified the E-Stop switch is working.

Any help is really appreciated, and a wiring diagram would also be very useful.

 

Email me and i'll send you a couple images I have of your wiring. Too big to post here. Sounds like you have a ground issue or blown main fuse, diode, or relay.
