Hello all.
First off, I picked up a 2008 Arctic Cat 366 4x4 Automatic Transmission.

It was owned my an old lady who only used it to transport her flowers here and there.One day, her daughter jumped on it and crashed it into a tree. Thankfully, there is ABSOLUTELY NO FRAME DAMAGE, OR NO ENGINE DAMAGE. All damage was done to the bumper, and cracked the front plastic. That's it. I purchased it for $400 so i knew it was worth that just in parts.





When i got it, the brushes on the starter were shot. I ended up replacing it with a High-Torque Starter that ended up being $150, but it was the only one i could find. I cleaned out the gas tank, Changed the oil and filter. I havn't touched the carb yet but i figured since it's only 6 years old it wouldn't be bad.

Here's my issues.

1. The 4X4 won't engine. I press the button and it makes no sound of engaging.
2. Sometimes when the engines running, it's hard to shift. When i turn the engine off, it moves smoothly.
3. When i open the throttle up, the muffler will backfire and sometimes bog down.


Other than that, it idles nicely and is in great shape other than bumper and plastics. Any tips would be greatly suggested. I will post two videos aswell.
