Default Stallling when hot.

hello guys! I have a 500 Arctic cat 4x4 2003. I tow a swisher 44 inch brush hog behind me and after about 2 hrs it seems to get hot. I"m in first gear all the time. now it wont start. Any suggestions? Otherwise it runs fine even with two people on it all day long. It almost seems like a vapor lock. Thanks!! I"ll check the spark plug.

i would say its overheating after that long in first gear and pulling that thing behind it. probably needs more airflow than the fan can supply

To check for a gas venting problem run it with the gas cap off. My Yamaha Big Bear would just quit after a few miles due to the gas cap hose not breathing.

If it was a over heating of the cooling system then you would see and smell steam from the coolant.

Another one I had was my Big Bear would stall after the ignition coil got so hot then it would go again once the coil cooled down.

Thanks guys for the replies. I found the problem, it was a loose spark plug. Put a new one in changed the oil and its running fine now. Thanks!!!
