Arctic cat 250 utility kill switch issue

I have a 2007 arctic cat 250 will get spark and run then a little while later will not start unless u mess with kill switch by toggling it back and forth then it will start and it's a new kill switch ?

bypass the switch to determine if is in fact the cause.

if it has a key stop using the kill switch.. I have never used mine as u always have to turn the key anyway to shut the power off.
