I have a 2005 Arctic Cat 500 TRV and recently purchased a windshield. The right handlebar has PLENTY on room to mount the clamp, while the left side does not have any room at all. The brake level and master cylinder takes up every square inch.
Has anyone else mounted a windshield on their 500 TRV and perhaps can share what they did to get it to fit?

Also, are the passenger grips supposed to be heated as well as the drivers? I bought the unit used and they have never worked....

 

Loosen the master cyl and slide it over enough to bolt on the windshield. If it has heated passenger grips you will have a separate switch for them.
