HI: Looking for a master cylinder rebuild kit for a 2001 500 auto green rear MC. Cannot find a rebuild kit. Any body? thankyou.

 

Go to< CountryCat.com>I think you can buy it right off the web site. I did one for my 2002 AC 400, easy install. I just sold my 2001 AC 500 to buy a 700 Diesel. Those are 1 tough ATV!

Yes the hand brake works on front and rear brakes. The foot brake is strictly mechanical. Look at the parts manual from <mymowerparts.com> again. There is the hydraulic brakes and the rear foot brake is strictly mechanical. Strange how they changed everything from year to year. My 2002 AC 400 has a separate rear hydraulic rear braking system.
