replaced relay coil, but just makes a clicking sound. Won't start. Starter new but won't engage. Battery charged. What is wrong?

 

Will it start with the pull cord? Next check the wires to the starter, and grounds, and of course battery cables. Check voltage at the starter. It's probably something simple. Can even be the ignition switch. Try a jumper to the starter, if it starts, then it's not the starter, then work backwards. Oh, welcome!
