will can am wheels fit on an artic cat?

And Can Am Wheels will only fit Can Am. Some of the other makes are interchangeable, like Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki will all fit each other or at least they used to. I'm sure there is a chart somewhere that lists the bolt pattern of each model's wheels so you can see what will fit and what won't. Look here ATV Bolt Pattern Guide at Pure Offroad

 

If you are looking for used rims and tires for your Cat, use that knowledge to get a better price! I picked up 4 30" Mudzillas and 14" Cat rims off a 1000 Mudpro, cheap. Owner had listed for $1,000. I told him, that they only fit Arctic Cats, got em for $400.
