Need help on 700 diesel. I have changed oil filter and fuel filter. I have full throttle but low speed and low power. The torque. Before I can give it throttle and can feel the torque and now it can’t pull a small trailer that we use to pull around.

 

It ran fine before the filter change?

Could still have air in the fuel system. Diesel are funny like that. very hard to get rid of the air.

 

I would agree with air in the line. Should be a procedure to bleed it off.
