Hey Rides4Fun You can now get those 35mm prints put on a Cd when you get them developed. That way you can email them or print them and they don't take up a ton of space around the house.

Rides4Fun: I just decided on a 500i manual and have been reading about tire upgrades. Do these 26" ers you bought fit on the stock rims?

yes sir they do, and you won't have do any spacers, lifters, moving of stuff, etc. Just have to get them mounted.

I went with 589 M/S 26x9x12 in front (rounder on top than MT for better steering)
I went with 589 M/T 26x12x12 in back (flatter on top than MS for better traction)

The chaparrell (? on spelling) is the best site for prices, from what Cob has said (and i would agree). Let me know if you have any other questions

Thanks, bud. I think I can order these through my AC dealer. We don't have alot of choices up here! If I order them US side they will cost me 1.5X $US + shipping and duty. How much were yours so I can compare. Did you get them through your AC dealer? If so did they give you any deal. i.e. I haven't ridden mine yet. Do they take your new take-offs on trade or were you stuck with them?

Hey JOE, oops, forgot you were a Canadian brother. You can order them through your AC dealer, depending on their tire connections. Forgot about the 1.5 times part, shipping, duty. Well, I was too impatient to get mine of the net, so I paid $360 for all 4. I know I could have gotten them for about $290 after shipping, tax, etc if I could have waited, but I didn't want to drive on the factory tires, so they were worth more. (not sure if my logic worked out on that one, anyway I was happen from day 1). I did get mine from my dealer, and paid for a little more for it (they don't sell many tires). They did give me their cost plus shipping, but their tire connections aren't the best (too many middle men). They told me upfront to buy them myself, but again I couldn't wait. Like I say, it will depend on your dealers connections. My dealer did not buy my old tires from me, because they don't sell many tires, but I have seen other dealers out there who do. I ended up selling mine to my bud for $200 (he's actually building an ATV). The list on those Dunlops is 85 for each rear and 79 for each front (which is $328). But I seriously don't know what Arctic Cat was thinking going away from the Titan 489's as stock, IMHO a serious mistake. (most likely a bottom line thing).

Anyway, enjoy that thing, and enjoy riding it in your beautiful country. I remember many trips to Canada and the Adirondaks growing up in Upstate New York.
